The Fitness Studio

Our fitness studio gives energy, enthusiasm and motivation each and every time, to allow our members to chalk off their workouts each week. 

Our signature group personal training sessions, that have a maximum capacity of 8 members run hourly from open to close. Members jump into these 45 minutes sessions each day to be guided and attended to by an exceptional team of personal trainers, through strength, power and speed workouts.

The Holisitic Studio

The most relaxing of studios, a place that our members can be completely absorbed with the present moment and mindful of their body, breathe and movements, in small groups of 8. 

Much like our fitness studio our members can join our extensive list of yoga, pilates and meditation sessions as and when they please. Our vastly experienced holistic team attend to each member through their 60 minute practice, giving members the personal approach that they deserve.  

Chair Massage

Our chill out zone provides our members with chair massages, a space where members can relax in the chair and have any muscular tension released in the head, neck, shoulders and upper back. 

Our fantastic massage team listen to your body and your preferences to focus on the areas and pressures that you need. Our fifteen minute chair massages run every 20 minutes throughout the day.

Talking Therapies

Being able to connect the body and mind is an important piece of the CHALK puzzle. 

Each month there is availability for our members to book sessions with our Health Psychologists, to improve their mental wellbeing. Talking therapy sessions are inspiring sessions that allow our members to explore different strategies and techniques to reduce stress and cope with feelings of anxiety and depression.
